Our Crazy Cat

I have never seen a cat behave like our cat felix does!! He is the biggest sook out, and sometimes he is more like a baby than a cat!! He loves to be with people, mainly me, and when I say be with people, I mean he likes to be held like a baby!! I don't know if it is his breed or not (I think he is part Rag Doll) or if he is just strange!!LOL
He often tries to climb up on your should and attempt to suck you your neck which is another very strange thing for a cat to do. When he is asleep, you can actaully lay him in all different poses and he doesn't even wake up!!
