Victorian Trip Continued

Tracey & Steve's dog MaggieThe rest of Saturday night was spent catching up with Tracey and Steve. It was great to see them and to also finally meet their beautiful dog Maggie! She is such a great dog, very well behaved and friendly and just plain cute! The kids had a ball playing with her and she certainly enjoyed all the attention. We all had a fairly big sleep in on Sunday morning as I think everyone was pretty tired after the long drive. Steve had to work till about lunch time, but when he came home we decdied to take a drive around the Waringa Basin. We somehow managed to leave the camera back at the house so sadly we don't have any photos of this huge water resevoir, but it was really quite amazing to see the size of this water storage area!

Telstra Mobile Tower in SheppartonTracey had to work in Shepparton on Monday morning but was finishing at 12.30 so we decided to take a drive and meet up with her for lunch. John spotted the Telstra Tower in the centre of town so that's where we headed first. John, Sarah, Morgan and Kaydon decided to make the climb to the observation level of the tower, but as I really don't like heights, I chose to stay on the ground and Lacey was nice enough to stay and keep me company.

View from TowerThese pictures show the view of Shepparton from the tower and the one looking down is of Lacey and I waiting at the bottom. It gives an idea of just how high the tower actually is!View from towerView from towerLooking down at Lacey and I at bottom of tower
